Student teaching starts next week

Since K was born 4 months ago, I have been fortunate enough to stay at home with her. But that time is ending Monday. I begin student teaching @SMS until mid-April. It is the last step in my teacher education program at EMU.

Although I am extremely excited about student teaching, I am sad that I will be leaving K for the day, 5 days a week. I will miss her, but am happy that I will be finishing this step in my education.

Bring on 2011

2009, I married my best friend, 2010 brought us our beautiful K. What does 2011 have in store for us?

Student teaching should bring challenges and fun. K will get bigger an explore her world more.
